In this event, conducted under the leadership of Cenk Çelik on August 10–16, we will engage in a data-driven dialogue tracing a trajectory from a single cell to the complexities of life across spatial scales. From the central dogma and data processing to gene regulatory networks, and from intercellular communication to spatial transcriptomics, we seek not merely to examine the fundamental units of life in theory, but to reconceptualize them through advanced methodologies.
